Being from New England and seeing the usa history of these types of tragedies can only make us think why do they allow pyrotechnics to be used in small nightclubs? I have read the history on the Cocoanut Grove fire in Boston on 11/28/1942. Also almost 10 years ago we had the The station nightclub fire on 2/20/2003 in west warwick rhode island. Last night there was the terrible tragedy at a nightclub in southern brazil,the cause was from a bands pyrotechnics and reading the story, most died from not being able to get out of the one and only exit."Many people died after inhaling toxic fumes; and scores of people suffocated or were trampled as they fled the scene. Local media have reported that the club had only a single exit and panic spread as people tried to get out."RIP to all the victims of all these terrible tragedies.
